Dennise Demming grew up in the impoverished East Port of Spain area on the outskirts of our capital city. Her mother, a single parent placed great emphasis on education.
Dennise is passionate about changing her country and finds inspiration interacting with creative, restless persons. As a communications practitioner, change agent, event organiser and teacher, she is committed to making a difference wherever she lands. She is passionate about how sport can transform lives particularly of our youth.
As the co-licensee for TEDxPortofSpain and founder of Demming Communications, she has spent a lot of time thinking about how social change occurs and what would be necessary to professionalize the arts.
She holds an MBA from the Institute of Business, University of the West Indies, a B.Sc. in Political Science & Public Administration as well as a Certificate in Mass Communication also from UWI, St. Augustine.
