I am a communications specialist, couples counsellor and public commentator based in Trinidad and Tobago.
For nearly three decades, I have worked in consultancy, board leadership, university lecturing and civic engagement. I hold an Executive MBA from UWI and an MSc in Marriage, Couples and Family Counselling from Walden University.
What I do
- Counselling. Through Reset Life Solutions, I work with couples and individuals who want healthier, stronger relationships.
- Public commentary. I write about governance, fairness and the everyday issues that affect citizens, from pensions to public spaces. My work has appeared here and in outlets including Wired868.
- Broadcasting. I host Common Ground T&T, a public affairs interview programme on NETTRadio.
- Books. With my husband Richard, I co-wrote How Did We Get Here? Musings of a 45-Year Couple.
Why I write
I believe people can do better when they talk openly, ask clear questions and expect fair answers, whether in a marriage or a country. This blog is where I share those questions.
