PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad — Ross Darlington has been appointed as the latest Associate Director at Raymond & Pierre Ltd, the longest established practice of Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants, effective July 21st, 2026.
Mr. Darlington has been based at the Port of Spain office since joining the firm in February 2024. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from the UWI School of Business and Applied Studies (ROYTEC), as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Sunderland. Ross also holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh). He qualified as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 2020 and is also a Registered Valuer.

Mr. Darlington’s extensive work experience includes tenure with both local and foreign firms. He has also been an active member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad & Tobago (ISTT), having held the position of Assistant Treasurer in 2022.
